Using the Site and Services

By using this site or completing a booking, purchase, or membership checkout, you agree to the terms shown on this page and any transaction-specific terms presented before completion. The contracting business is The Golf Place LLC, located at 3920 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, New Bern, NC 28562. If a transaction-specific term conflicts with these Terms, contact The Golf Place before completing the transaction.

Current Public Offer

• Public simulator rental is $35/hour per bay, with a maximum of four golfers in a bay.
• Public membership is $175/month or $1,800/year, with $300 annual savings compared with monthly billing.
• The current membership limit is a 60-member cap across active plans.
• Basic membership and ordinary bay rental do not include a free lesson or instruction.
• New lesson bookings are currently paused. Lesson packages and prices have not been published.
• Themed-night and general event booking are not part of the current public offer.

Bookings and Availability

A requested time is not reserved until the booking system provides confirmation. Availability, staffed public hours, bay assignments, and operating access may change for safety, maintenance, private use, or other operational needs. Public booking is offered on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday; use the current booking calendar for available start times. Members 18+ receive 24/7 access after membership checkout, required onboarding/orientation, and door-code activation.

Payment and Checkout

Membership checkout and recurring billing are processed through Stripe. Other purchases, including gift cards, may use a separate checkout provider. The amount and transaction-specific terms displayed before completion control that transaction. Do not submit payment if the amount or terms shown do not match what you intended to buy.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

This site does not publish a universal cancellation, no-show, refund, or credit window. Review the terms shown in the applicable booking or checkout flow and confirmation, and contact us before purchase if anything is unclear. Late arrival may reduce usable session time because later reservations must be allowed to begin on schedule. A change, credit, or refund is not guaranteed by these Terms.

Facility Use and Conduct

• Follow staff directions, posted safety guidance, and the operational rules on the Policies page.
• Use simulator, hitting, and facility equipment only as intended, and report damage or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Members must not share access credentials.
• After-hours member access is limited to adults who have completed the required onboarding.
• Access may be limited when a membership is inactive, onboarding is incomplete, or an immediate safety or operational issue must be addressed.

Risk and Separate Waivers

Indoor golf involves physical activity, swinging clubs, moving balls, and electronic equipment. Use reasonable care and follow all safety directions. This page is not a liability waiver. If a separate waiver or acknowledgment applies, it must be presented for review through the applicable process. Nothing on this page removes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be removed.

Service Limitations and Applicable Law

Website, booking, payment, simulator, and access systems may occasionally be unavailable or require maintenance. The Golf Place does not promise uninterrupted access or a particular athletic result. Applicable law governs these terms; these Terms do not create a special forum-selection or liability rule beyond applicable law.
