An update from Mykel.

The Golf Place is closed to the public and members, effective immediately.

Hi, this is Mykel. I’m reaching out personally to be transparent about The Golf Place.

As a minority owner with a 7.5% ownership interest, I regret to inform you that the majority owners have decided to close The Golf Place. The simulators have been removed, and the facility is closed to the public and our members, effective immediately.

This is an outcome I feared and worked hard to prevent. I’m deeply disappointed, and I’m sorry for the disruption and uncertainty this causes you.

Thank you for your support and for being part of The Golf Place. I hope to bring this back under my sole ownership in the near future, if possible. I cannot promise that outcome, but I will share updates when I have something definite.
