Operational guidance for members and guests
Review the terms shown in the applicable booking or checkout flow and confirmation before completing a transaction. This website does not publish a universal cancellation, refund, credit, or no-show window.
Contact us as early as possible if plans change. Late arrival may reduce usable session time because later reservations must be allowed to begin on schedule. A change, credit, or refund is not guaranteed by this summary.

- Maximum four golfers per bay at any time
- Follow staff instructions and posted facility guidance
- Respect equipment, the facility, and other users
- Use designated hitting mats and tees
- No metal golf spikes
- Bring personal clubs for the best fit or ask about available rental clubs
- Leave the bay ready for the next reservation
- Report damage, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions promptly
- Ages 16 and older may play unaccompanied
- Players under 16 require golf-course or high-school-team sponsorship
- Sponsored minors must be supervised by the appropriate team official or coach
After-hours access is limited to adults age 18 or older who have completed member onboarding.
Indoor golf involves swinging clubs, moving balls, physical activity, and electronic equipment. Stay inside the designated hitting area, keep others clear of a golfer's swing, and follow all staff and posted safety directions.
